Delivery Terms:

  • Delivery is strictly outside the premises only (e.g., driveway, front entrance, or kerbside).
  • Our freight partners are not authorised to enter homes or carry items inside the property.

Apartments & Multi-Storey Buildings:

  • For apartment or multi-level deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate movers or assistance to transport the product(s) from the delivery point to the designated area (e.g., specific floor or unit).

Unpacking & Installation:

  • Copper Baths does not provide unpacking, moving, or installation services.
  • Customers are responsible for unpacking and positioning the product after delivery.

Custom Product Size Variance Disclaimer

All our copper baths, sinks, and bowls are individually handcrafted. As a result, slight size variations of a few millimetres may occur after the final finishing process.

We strongly recommend allowing for this variance when designing your space and providing final measurements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adequate clearance for delivery and installation.

Copper Baths will not be held liable if these variations are not taken into consideration.

Example:

If your doorway width is 700mm and a bath is specified at 680mm, this may create access issues. Due to natural variation, the final product could measure up to 700mm or down to 660mm. To avoid complications, we recommend allowing a greater margin—for instance, specifying a width of approximately 640mm in this scenario.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these delivery conditions & terms of ordering.

Description:

Due to the intrinsic nature of our handcrafted products and artisan process small variations in dimensions, colour - including polishing marks, texture, hue, hammering uniformity, welding joins and finishes are expected and not considered defects. We offer no warranty with respect to our finishes on the products as the finishes naturally change over time and may get a little bit darker. Be aware that leaving acidic foods, chemicals, cleaning products, etc. can remove and/or discolour the finish.

Each bathtub is a unique work of art, crafted by hand. No two are exactly alike, as every curve and bend is meticulously formed with only a hammer, skilled craftsmanship, and strength. Variations and undulations are expected, contributing to the distinctive nature of each piece. Some blemishes, marks, hammering uniformity dents and minor scratches may be present, along with visible surface textures inherent to the authentic material characteristics.

Our nickel finishes are expertly applied as a plated layer over a solid copper body, creating a refined, living surface that will naturally evolve with time and use. Due to the nature of this process, gradual wear and the development of patina are inherent characteristics, allowing the underlying copper to subtly emerge and enhance the piece’s unique character. As such, these natural changes are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

We proudly stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship and offer a structural warranty on all products, ensuring they are free from manufacturing defects and built to last.

Slim-line copper baths similar to our Handcrafted Copper Bath Luxury Collection may exhibit a minor degree of flex due to the nature of the material and construction. This characteristic is inherent to copper and does not qualify as a fault, defect, or warranty claim. Copper is a living metal. Because our slim-line baths are crafted with thinner profiles for elegance and weight efficiency, a small amount of flex may occur. This is a natural feature of copper and not a defect.

Under no circumstance will we be held responsible for any damage as a result of the installation of the product. We will not be responsible for any labour, installation or any other associated charges. Copper Baths only responsibility is the replacement, exchange, or repair of the defective product.
